Bountiful Care provides CQC–registered Personal care for adults 18–65
and 65+ across Hampshire. We focus on everyday support that helps you

- Medication support (reminders/assistance/administration, as
assessed) - Reablement & post–discharge support
- Live–in and overnight support

- Companionship, community access & appointments
- Light domestic tasks and carer respite
Quality & safeguarding
- Aligned to CQC’s Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, Well–led
quality statements. - Risk assessments, clear care plans and learning from incidents.
- Mental Capacity Act & safeguarding: consent first; best–interests
decisions when needed. - Clinical boundary: any specific healthcare tasks only under formal
NHS delegation, with documented training, competency sign–off,
supervision and review.
